2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to customers within Europe, the United States, Canada, the Middle East and Asia. Please note that shipping to certain remote areas or specific locations might be limited or subject to additional fees. 3. Shipping Methods and Timelines
We offer free standard shipping on 'small parcels' to our customers anywhere in the continental United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and the United Kingdom.
- Estimated delivery for small parcels (< 6.6 lbs (3kg)):
- United States: 5-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-6 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- Estimated delivery for large parcels (> 6.6 lbs (3kg)):
- Estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page.
Please note that our bespoke range of office chairs, tailored to your specifications, is meticulously crafted and produced on demand, predominantly in Scandinavia. Due to the customized nature of these items, the production process might take up to 8 weeks from the date of order placement to delivery. We value your patience and understanding as we ensure the highest quality and personalized experience with these made-to-order office chairs.
The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page, and varies according to the selected options.
In very exceptional cases, a package can be examined by customs causing a delay in delivery of maximum 4 weeks.
Once the shipment leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information so you can stay up to date on your shipment. If you do not receive your order confirmation or shipping tracking, please check your spam folder and you can always reach us at info@quiesco.com.
4. Shipping Costs and Fees
- Standard shipping is free for 'small parcels' with an order value above 50 USD. For orders below this amount, a flat rate applies.
- For 'large parcels' the following shipping costs apply:
- Free shipping: Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Portugal.
- 50 USD: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, United Kingdom, Czechia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
- 100 USD: Rest of the world.
Shipping cost will be be reflected on your checkout page once you enter your shipping address. You will know the total cost before you make your purchase.
Important note: Additional fees such as handling charges or taxes may apply, depending on the shipping destination and order specifics. Read more.
Deliveries Outside the Continental United States, Canada, Europe or the U.K.
Deliveries to Asian, Africa, South-America, Oceania, Hawaii and Alaska can take up to 10 additional business days to arrive. For orders going out to Asian, Africa, South-America, Oceania, Hawaii and Alaska, there may be additional shipping cost that would be reflected on your checkout page once you enter your shipping address. You will know the total cost before you make your purchase.
Please note that in the event of a return from outside the Continental United States, Europe or the United Kingdom any extra shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment verification. Customized items or high order volumes might require additional processing time. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is shipped.
6. International Shipping and Customs

7. Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship worldwide, so we work with different carriers depending on the destination and weight of each order. Our primary carriers include DHL, UPS, DPD, PostNL, and Bpost to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. If you have a preference for a specific carrier, feel free to reach out to us at info@quiesco.com – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
8. Returns Related to Shipping
If there are shipping-related issues, such as incorrect addresses or items damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Return Shipments
You would need to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for any return shipments back to our facility. There is no cost for returns within the European Union.
There is a fixed cost for returns within the continental United States:
- $14.99 for parcels < 6.6 lbs (3kg).
- $54.99 for parcels > 6.6 lbs (3kg).
Please note that in the event of a return from outside the continental United States, European Union any extra initial shipping costs would not be refunded and that same extra shipping initial cost would be required for the return shipment as well.
